Story of me and my family part 134 : Enjoy nature and views from viewpoint and while traveling in Mae Ai District, Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Hello everyone. Mae Ai District is a northern district of Chiang Mai Province. This district to the east is adjacent to Chiang Rai Province. The north is adjacent to Burma. And the west and south is adjacent to the district where I live. So when me and my wife have free time, we often like to travel in Mae Ai District. This district is another rural district with many mountainous terrain. Most of the population is buddhist. Mae Ai District therefore has many temples. Me and my wife visit many temples in this district and I like to share many temples in this district often.

And due to most of the people in this district are farmers, Rice and oranges are important economic crops of this district. When my wife and I go to this district. So we see many rice fields on highways and country roads. Of course we enjoy the green space, looking as far as the eye can see. And every time we look at the rice fields, we never get bored and we relax with it. In addition to many rice fields, we also saw many large rice mills in the district.

In addition the district's terrain is mostly mountainous, so Mae Ai District has many tourist attractions and viewpoints on the mountain.
We just had the opportunity to go to Mae Ai District again, besides going to the many temples in Mae Ai District, we also go to see the view at the viewpoint on the mountain. This viewpoint is on a mountain in Tha Ton Subdistrict.
To travel to Mae Ai District, I had to drive from the house to Mae Ai District on the highway Fang - Tha Ton route. When me and wife arrived at Tha Ton Subdistrict, Mae Ai District. The atmosphere on the Fang - Tha Ton highway is like the rural road. It looks quiet and there aren't many cars on the road. My wife took pictures of some of the highway views in Tha Ton Subdistrict.

I drove up the mountain to the viewpoint. When we look from this viewpoint, we can see views of villages, farms, temples and other mountains in Tha Ton Subdistrict. And we also see the atmosphere of the Kok River, the main river and important river for people and farmers in Mae Ai District.
It was an amazing atmosphere and view for us. And I think it's worth this trip. Of course, we enjoyed and relaxed with these views for almost 2 hours. Unfortunately we have limited time. We wanted to sit and relax with the atmosphere more. Take a look at the atmosphere and view.

That day we also see many insects. But I was able to photograph only 3 of those insects in area the building of viewpoint. There were 2 butterflies and a grasshopper.

There are also many flowers. But I enjoyed with the view, so I took a few pictures of the flowers.
At first I didn't know the name of this flower. But I searched for information on google lens, so I knew its name. This flower is called Lantana camara L.

Me and my wife enjoyed and relaxed on this trip. If we have the opportunity, we want to travel in this style again. These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post.
