See large butterfly (Atlas moth) for the first time in my home garden the evening.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. The atmosphere was nice yesterday evening. And it was the first time for this year my wife and I took our autistic son for a walk around our home garden in the evening. The boy did not hurt himself and was cheerful. It hasn't rained for several days. Now in our garden there are many insects such as butterflies, bees and dragonflies. Especially small butterflies, My wife and I have seen many butterflies, but we were excited when we saw a large butterfly. It was the first time we saw a large butterfly. The size of this butterfly is about 20 centimeters. It looks large and colorful. I want to take photos of this butterfly. But when we first see it, it was on the red Ixora. Which is quite high. For many photos, I had to take photos with a zoom of more than 2x. So that I can take photos of this butterfly.

Then it flies to another area in the home garden. In some areas this butterfly is on low vegetation. I tried to take pictures of it several times, but failed. And it flew onto another red Ixora, which was lower than the first plant. I was able to take photos it again. Even though it takes zoomed photos, but it can take photos of a larger size than the first time.

In this last time, I took photos of this butterfly again. As it flies to another low plant. This time I don't have to zoom and I can take photos of it. Its size and beautiful colors can be seen more clearly.

I have no information about butterflies and do not know its name. But I can know the name of this butterfly from searching on Google Lens. It is Atlas moth. This butterfly is found in Asia. In our ASEAN, we can see them too.

It was my first experience seeing a large butterfly. And I thought I might not see a butterfly this large again. These are the stories and photos I want to share for this post.
