Enjoy at Phra chedi thanjai therdthai ong rachan, mae ai district, chiang mai province, Thailand.

Hello everyone.

Last week my wife read and viewed photos from the fang district community facebook group. This group is a group where members share stories and photos that are useful in the group for fang district and the neighboring districts of fang district are chai prakan and mae ai di.stricts. My wife saw people in the group sharing photos of the pagoda and the beautiful large king of nagas statue. Me and my wife are very interested in this place. We researched this place this morning, after we had finished sending our son and granddaughter to school. We immediately traveled to this place.

At first I thought this place was a temple in mae ai district. But after reading the history from the internet, this place is the location of the pagoda. This place is named Phra chedi thanjai therdthai ong rachan.
According to information, this pagoda is an old pagoda and was built a long time ago. But only half of the pagodas were built and it was abandoned. Until around A.D. 2007, this pagoda was rebuilt again.

This pagoda is beautiful, the bottom of the pagoda is white and the top of the pagoda is color gold. Surrounding this pagoda is a small color gold pagoda surrounding the area on the base of the pagoda. And there are 4 white Buddha images at the base of the pagoda on all 4 sides too.

In addition to the large pagoda that is the highlight of this place, there is also a large white king of nagas statue which is the second highlight of this place. Most Thai Buddhists believe and respect king of nagas. Therefore, most thai temples prefer to build king of nagas statues at temples in front of chapels and sanctuaries.And I think that both the pagoda and the king of nagas statue are the perfect beauty of this place.

Area this place, there are various buddha images to see and worship.

Another highlight of this place. Due to Phra chedi thanjai therdthai ong rachan is located on the mountain. Me and my wife visited this place in addition to seeing the beauty of the pagodas, king of nagas statue and buddha images, but also seeing the atmosphere and scenery below this mountain.
It's another highlight that we can relax and enjoy at this place. We are very happy. When it took us about 20 minutes to see the nature around that area. Although today's sky and atmosphere is covered with smoke and PM 2.5 dust.

We can see the view below the mountain where the pagoda is located, which has two floor. And we walk down the king of nagas stairs to go to the area below, which is a mountain road to see the atmosphere and scenery of this area too.
