Ban No Lae Strawberry Farm, Strawberry terrace on the mountain in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Hello everyone. When me and my wife have free time, after sending our son and granddaughter to school. I like to spend time travelling with my wife. Besides we like travel to temples, we also travel farm and nature style attractions to enjoy and relax. There are many interesting farm and nature style attractions in the district where I live. This post, so I want to share and take everyone to see another attractions with farm style and nature with everyone. This attraction is a strawberry farm on the mountain. This strawberry farm is called Ban No Lae Strawberry Farm.

The Ban No Lae Strawberry Farm is another royal project of the King (King Rama IX of Thailand). This royal project is a strawberry farm of hill tribe people who immigrated to Thailand or Thai hill tribes today. This Strawberry Farm is located at No Lae Village (On rural roads 1249), Mae Ngon Subdistrict, Fang District, Chiang Mai Province. And this strawberry farm is on a mountain more than 1,000 meters high above sea level.

Even though this strawberry farm is in the district where we live. But the distance from our house is about 37 kilometers. And it takes us about 1 hour to travel. Our trip, my wife and I had to travel on the highway first. Then travel on rural roads and travel on mountain roads. I also took some pictures of the atmosphere of the trip. Take a look.

When we arrived at the Ban No Lae Strawberry Farm. We see many strawberry farms on the mountain. The highlight of this mountain strawberry farm is the terrace cultivation or strawberry terrace.
Me and my wife really like the atmosphere in strawberry farm and around the strawberry farm. The terraced strawberry farm amidst many mountains looks fresh and beautiful.
Unfortunately we arrived late. So we didn't get to see the sea of ​​fog and the strawberry harvesting in the morning. In strawberry harvest season. The hill tribe people in the village harvest strawberries every morning.

In addition, the area of ​​the strawberry farm. There are many hill tribe shops. You can buy souvenirs, fresh strawberries and cheap, sit and drink to enjoy the strawberry farm atmosphere.

Another interesting highlight of this strawberry farm is the area of ​​this farm next to the border of Thailand and Myanmar. But there is no Thailand and Myanmar border crossing points. So the opposite of this strawberry farm is Myanmar. And we can see the atmosphere of Myanmar from the strawberry farm area. The area of Myanmar ​​is high mountains.
