I know the cabin fever/ bad weather blues all too well. Sitting out a three day delivery layover here in COLD North Carolina this week. 😉

Looks like we're going to end up more in the middle near the East coast. Verbal accept on a place in Ormond Beach. Just waiting for final signature this morning. This is our 4th try on a house down there in the last 2 weeks, seems the market has picked up a bit even with the interest rates still high. One of the drawbacks of the move, is that we'll have to give up our current 2.5% loan for what looks like a 7% or so.. ah well, life happens. Staying focused on the positives and really looking forward to that sunshine again!
