¡Hola hola, queridos amigos! Feliz inicio de semana para todos 🎈 Hoy vengo a contarles de estos días que no son tan buenos... Madrugué, sali de casa a las 5:30 am para ir a consulta en el CDI con fisiatría, pues una parte del tratamiento para todo lo que tengo en la columna es terapia de rehabilitación, fui la segunda, gracias a Dios.


Salí de allí a las 11 y tuve que devolverme al CDI a las 12:20 para llegar antes de la 1 para comenzar la terapia... En este primer día me colocaron calor, Magneto y corriente, fue bastante rápido, para lo que pensé que dudaría ⏲️ Pasé a consulta por emergencia en el mismo centro porque del tratamiento farmacológico que me enviaron los neurocirujanos, fue unas ampollas intramuscular, que me están haciendo unas peloticas y está enrojecida la zona donde me lo colocaron 💉


Resulta que la dra. Me revisó y me explicó que es como especie de absceso, que el líquido quedó encapsulado allí, me indicó antibiótico, antiinflamatorio y a colocarme hielo, Pero lo que me dejó traumada fue que me dijo que eso no funciona, me tenían que "abrir para drenarme", casi se me baja la tensión allí 😱😭


Solo dije: "yo intentando curarme de una cosa, y sale otra"... Definitivamente este día fue demasiado ajetreado y con mucho sol... Quería comer algo dulce, chocolate y tomarme algo frío... Afortunadamente tenía un poco de dinero y me di ese gusto para drenar toda la tensión del día. Mucho sol, mucha tensión y mucho dulce para mi. Así fue mi Lunes, espero el resto de los días sean mejores... Amén 🎈

Hello hello, dear friends! Happy new week, everyone! 🎈 Today I'm here to tell you about these not-so-good days... I got up early, left home at 5:30 am to go to the CDI for a physical therapy appointment, since part of the treatment for everything I have going on with my spine is rehabilitation therapy. I was the second one, thank God.


I left there at 11 and had to return to the CDI at 12:20 to arrive before 1 to start therapy... On this first day, they applied heat, magnetotherapy, and current; it was pretty quick, considering I thought I'd hesitate. ⏲️ I went to the emergency room because the drug treatment the neurosurgeons prescribed me consisted of intramuscular ampoules, which are making me bulge, and the area where they applied them is red. 💉


It turns out the doctor examined me and explained that it's like some kind of abscess, that the fluid was encapsulated there. She prescribed antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, and ice. But what really traumatized me was that she told me that it wouldn't work, that they had to "cut me open to drain me," and my blood pressure there almost dropped. 😱😭


I just said, "I'm trying to heal from one thing, and another one comes up"... This day was definitely too busy and sunny... I wanted to eat something sweet, chocolate, and have a cold drink... Fortunately, I had a little money and I gave myself that treat to drain all the tension of the day. Lots of sun, lots of tension, and lots of sweets for me. That was my Monday. I hope the rest of the days are better... Amen 🎈
