Frogs and Mushrooms

I took these photos a few weeks ago. I saw some pretty mushrooms on the path when I went for a walk with my husband and our dog.

I like the colors of mushrooms - the yellow and vivid red. I noticed that we have fewer mushrooms this year. I guess that's because of the wet weather we've been having. I have no clue, but I haven't seen common mushrooms in their usual season.

On the same day, I also spotted two very cool types of frogs. One was brown, while the other one displayed vibrant fluorescent green and black colors. Both had excellent camouflage, and I enjoyed observing them for a while.

カエルときのこ

この写真は数週間前に撮ったものです。主人と愛犬と散歩に出かけた時に、見かけたきのこです。

きのこの色が好きです。黄色とビビットな赤。今年は何だか見かけるきのこの数が少ない気がします。雨が多い夏だからでしょうか。まったく見当がつきませんが、この時期にいつも見かけるきのこを見ていない気がします。

この日は２種類のカエルを見かけました。１匹は茶色で、もう１匹はビビットな蛍光緑と黒のカエルでした。２匹ともとてもカッコよく、上手にカモフラージュしていました。しばらく楽しく眺めました。
