Barn Kittens🐈
There are many kittens in my area, especially around the farm. Usually, they grow up in the barns. I think they have enough food, a place to sleep, and a safe spot in the barn. Unfortunately, I have a cat allergy, especially with wild cats, even kittens. I love kittens and cats, but I can't touch them.
The other day, I saw a pretty black kitten on the side of the road from my car window on the passenger seat. I couldn’t stop saying, “Cute!” Then, my husband suggested checking on them and saying hi.
I didn’t want to scare it because it looked so tiny. When we checked the mailbox, we walked toward it, reaching it little by little. The black kitten looked a bit scared and ran into the bush quickly.
However, we saw one more pretty tiger-patterned kitten behind the black one. It was a bit bigger than the black kitten, and it didn’t run away. It posed for a long time. We talked to it, and it looked at us without seeming scared.
Of course, we never touched it. Suddenly, the black one came out from the bush. I think it was interested in us because we sounded like we were enjoying the conversation with the tiger-patterned one.
I also took a photo of the red barn. I love these types of old buildings in this area. They have a history of rural life here, and such a unique character. They carry a nostalgic energy. I especially like old, shabby-chic-looking barns like this. When I took a picture of the red barn, it looked so cool. I don’t think you can see the kittens clearly, but there are two of them in the grass.

🐈 納屋の子猫たち
この辺りの農家の近くで子猫を見かけることが多いです。たいてい、彼らは納屋の中で育つのだと思います。おそらく、納屋の中にはきちんと食べるものがあって、寝るところもあって、安全な場所が確保できているのだと思います。残念ながら、わたしは猫アレルギーがあるので、特に野生みがある猫を触ることはできません。子猫も同様です。猫も子猫も大好きなのですが、触ることができないのです。
先日、車の助手席から道路脇にいる黒猫を見かけました。思わず可愛すぎて「かわいい！」と声を出してしまいました。主人が見に行こうと提案してくれました。
かなり小さな猫だったので、驚かせたくないなと思いました。郵便ポストをチェックしてから、猫のいる納屋へと徒歩でゆっくり向かいました。黒猫はちょっと驚いた様子で、急いで草むらの中へ逃げて行きました。
でも、黒猫の後ろには、もう１匹虎柄の子猫がいました。黒猫よりも少しだけ大きめで、そちらの子猫は逃げませんでした。その場でかたまって、かなり長い間じっとしていました。わたしたちが話しかけると、怖がらずにこちらを見つめていました。
もちろん、触ることはしませんでした。突然、黒猫のほうが再び草むらの中から出て戻ってきました。虎猫が逃げずにわたしたちと話をしているので、何事かと興味を持って出てきたのでしょう。
赤い納屋の写真も撮りました。私はこの地域のこういった古びた建物が好きです。田舎には歴史があって、こんなふうに古くて歴史を感じる建物には個性があります。ノスタルジーな雰囲気を醸し出しています。建物の中でも、特にシャビーシック風のボロボロの納屋がいい感じを出しているなと思うのです。写真に撮ってみると、やっぱり素敵です。この写真のアングルでは、子猫たちがはっきり見えませんが、よーくみると草むらの中に2匹の子猫たちが隠れています。
