The first photo gave me the heebie jeebies. I was reminded of the bad things from the Silent Hill game. The movement pattern of those nurses, the way they walk, ughh every second is a nightmare.

Oh, yeah. The top photo is a Nurse from Silent Hill game and there's a good lore story for their monsters that you can find in their wiki (or probably the contest article. Haven't checked it yet.)
