It's the spice!

What’s up, Hive? It’s 11:00p.m. here in Los Angeles and I’m winding down from an eventful day. It was my first full day here and I started the morning with a shoot with a client that I last shot in 2016! That’s always a pleasure to work with someone familiar. I also got to spend the afternoon with my friend Liz, a brilliant hair and make-up artist, that I’ve known for almost 10 years. After we wrapped the shoot, I got a call from my friend @thomaskuntzart. He’s been a pivotal friendship here in Los Angeles and I always look forward to our evenings at the diner.

I have a few never before seen photos on the erotic side, which is something I reserve from all of my social platforms, except Hive of course. One of these was taken today, and I love the image. That’s why I decided to share some of these photos from the adult-content vault. Erotica isn’t something I’d say I made my career on. I’ve never photographed nude, and for a time, I was a staff photographer for Suicide Girls, but I didn’t regularly cross that threshold of erotica as a general rule. Certainly not that I have a problem shooting things this sexy.

There’s an entire chapter in my book, Dark Pinup, by @wcpublishing, called Proclivities that is all nude, erotic and fetish photography. These images are a few of my favorite selections […and one new addition] to this lesser seen aspect of my work. For the rest of this trip, I have two more shoots that may bring new photos to the erotic chapter. My friend Renee Olstead and I will be shooting together next week and she’s gone on to be featured in Playboy and Hustler. Our shoot this past January was for her new OnlyFans.

So, I’m hoping this late night Hive blog brought some welcomed excitement to your feed. Tomorrow, I’m pretty much off entirely and I’m looking forward to that. Starting Friday, I’m expecting the pace to really pick up. I’m still fighting this cold, even on the road. I’m going to visit a couple of friends and try to find a coffee shop near Long Beach where I can ruminate over @mirrorpool and @neverwel art and ideas, while parsing the rest of the interview for Immutable Realms with @gric.
