วันนี้ผมไม่ได้พามากินข้าวแกงธรรมดาๆ นะครับ แต่ผมจะพาบุกน้ำลุยไฟ... เอ้ย ลุยคลอง! มาที่ ตลาดน้ำดำเนินสะดวก สถานที่ที่ตำนานความอร่อยลอยลำมาเสิร์ฟถึงที่!

ภาพที่เห็นอยู่ตรงหน้านี้คือศิลปะครับคุณผู้ชม! คุณป้าแม่ค้าในเรือพายลำน้อย สวมงอบใบลาน พร้อมตะหลียวคู่ใจที่ควงเร็วยิ่งกว่ากระบี่ไร้เทียมทาน! เสียง ฉ่าาาาา ของเส้นจันท์ที่ลงไปเต้นระบำในกระทะร้อนๆ ผสมกับกลิ่นหอมของหอมแดงเจียวและน้ำมะขามเปียก มันช่างเย้ายวนใจจนท้องผมร้องเป็นจังหวะสามช่าแล้วครับ!

วินาทีแรกที่เข้าปาก:
โอ้โห! แม่เจ้าโว้ย! 🤯 บอกเลยว่าแสงออกปาก! เส้นจันท์เหนียวนุ่มหนึบหนับสู้ฟันกำลังดี รสชาติของน้ำซอสผัดไทยมัน "นัว" มาก! เปรี้ยวหวานเค็มเผ็ด มาครบจบในคำเดียว กลิ่นกระทะไหม้นิดๆ (Wok Hei) ที่เคลือบเส้นอยู่มันคือเสน่ห์ที่หาไม่ได้ในร้านอาหารติดแอร์!
