วันนี้ผมไม่ได้มาเล่นๆ แต่ผมจะพาไปบุกสมรภูมิความอร่อยย่านศาลายา ที่ร้าน "กลมดิ๊ก" บอกเลยว่ามื้อนี้คือทีเด็ดที่ทำเอาผมต้องร้องขอชีวิต (ด้วยความฟิน)! ใครที่บอกว่าตัวเองสายแซ่บ ถ้ายังไม่โดนร้านนี้ถือว่าผิด!

  เปิดหัวมาต้องเจอนี่! "ตำถาด" ในตำนาน! วินาทีที่น้องพนักงานยกถาดมาวาง ผมนึกว่ายกสวนมาเสิร์ฟ! เส้นมะละกอกรอบสู้ฟัน คลุกเคล้ากับน้ำปลาร้าที่ "นัว" แบบตะโกน! กลิ่นหอมยั่วน้ำลายสุดๆ เครื่องเคียงรอบถาดคือจัดเต็ม ทั้งหมูยอ ไข่ต้ม แคบหมู ขนมจีน ตักคำไหนก็เจอแต่ความพีค รสชาติมันกลมกล่อม เผ็ด นัว จี๊ดจ๊าด สมชื่อร้านกลมดิ๊กจริงๆ ครับพี่น้อง!

  ยังไม่พอครับ! เสริมทัพความแรงด้วย "หมึกผัดพริก" โอโห... อันนี้คือดีย์! ปลาหมึกชิ้นใหญ่ เด้งสู้ลิ้น ไม่มีความเหนียวให้กวนใจ ผัดคลุกเคล้ากับพริกสดและเครื่องปรุงรสที่เข้มข้น หอมกลิ่นกระทะเตะจมูก เผ็ดร้อนถึงใจ กินเข้าไปคำแรกตาตื่นเลยครับ มันเข้ากันดีมากกกก!

  ปิดท้ายแบบหักมุมแต่นุ่มนวลด้วย "เฟรนฟราย" ทอดมาร้อนๆ สีเหลืองทอง กรอบนอกนุ่มใน! หลายคนอาจจะงงว่าสั่งมาทำไม? แต่เชื่อผมเถอะครับ หลังจากปากเราเบิร์นจากส้มตำและหมึกผัดพริก การได้เคี้ยวเฟรนฟรายกรอบๆ มันๆ มันช่วยตัดรสเผ็ดได้แบบเพอร์เฟกต์! เป็นการจบมื้ออาหารที่ฟินนาเล่สุดๆ
