Trash-Metal musician Rob Zombie once made a film called "The Devil's Rejects" and had one of the evil heroes say a line from the cruel Manson family. "I am The Devil and I am here to do the Devil's work".

Maybe the painter of this devil, which is emblazoned on a German wall, had this Film in his head when he painted his picture: This is what the devil that Rob Zombie has his actors chasing could look like. A terrible face, frightening but fascinating. The mask of evil that shows how exhausting it is to be evil.
