RE: Around The World: Challenge - #11/6

On the 7th day of our southwest US trip, we descended into the great abyss:

Inside the Grand Canyon, Arizona

One of our trio did actually descend to the very bottom (+1500m down from the rim!) and returned. The round trip was 7hrs.

The other companion and I chose to descend "only" 1km down, trek there and come up.
