อำเภอหัวหิน ตั้งอยู่ทางทิศตะวันออกของจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ติดกับทะเลอ่าวไทย พื้นที่มีลักษณะเป็นรูปสี่เหลี่ยมผืนผ้าทิศตะวันตกเป็นภูเขา พื้นที่ลาดเอียงลงสูงทะเลอ่าวไทยมีพื้นที่รวม 86.36 ตารางกิโลเมตร หรือ 53,975 ไร่ มีถนนเพชรเกษม (ทางหลวงหมายเลข 4) ตัดผ่านจากทิศเหนือจรด ทิศใต้ ยาวประมาณ 22 กิโลเมตร ห่างจากจังหวัดประจวบคีรีขันธ์ 90 กิโลเมตร และห่างจากกรุงเทพมหานคร ประมาณ 195 กิโลเมตร（❣️ที่มา.huahin.go.th/）

Hua Hin District is located in the east of Prachuap Khiri Khan Province, adjacent to the Gulf of Thailand. The area is rectangular in shape, the west is a mountain. The area slopes down to the Gulf of Thailand with a total area of 86.36 square kilometers or 53,975 rai, with Petchkasem Road. (Highway No. 4) cuts through from north to south, about 22 kilometers long, 90 kilometers from Prachuap Khiri Khan Province and about 195 kilometers from Bangkok (❣️ source.huahin.go.th/).
