¡Hola mi gente linda ✨💕!
¿Sabías que el 30 de Septiembre es el Día Mundial del Corazón?, pues si no lo sabías aquí tienes un nuevo aprendizaje 🤣, como bien mencioné en una publicación anterior, hace un mes comencé mis pasantías organizacionales en Ascardio, que para quienes no sepan es un importante centro de atención cardiológica del centroccidente, y obviamente a ser una organización principalmente enfocada en el corazón para ellos éste día es de gran importancia, y para celebrarlo hacen un evento al cual están invitados todos sus trabajadores, por ser pasante también fuí invitada y ser parte de los ayudantes en el evento, la asistencia no era obligatoria pues al ser un domingo realmente nadie está obligado, sin embargo yo decidí asistir y aquí les compartiré la experiencia 🏃🏻♀️✨.
Levantarse un Domingo a las 5am no es para nada una tarea fácil, requiere de mucha fuerza de voluntad y café, pero necesitaba hacerlo si quería llegar a las instalaciones de Ascardio a las 7am, debo decir que la ciudad un domingo tan temprano es bastante solitaria, de hecho el recorrido que hago caminando diariamente hoy solo estuvo acompañado de una señora que iba caminando más adelante de mí, además el transporte público es poco, aunque realmente fue algo de la hora porque ya mas tarde se ve un poco más de movimiento. En cuánto llegué ya había un montón de personas preparándose para el inicio de la caminata 10k y 4k, ésta actividad era el principal enfoque de la celebración de éste día, y muchas personas se sumaron a la actividad lo cual me pareció algo super lindo, o sea habían hasta perritos 💕.
Mi principal tarea en ésta actividad fue mantener a las personas hidratadas a través de frutas, estuve ubicada en un puesto en la cancha/estacionamiento del lugar, puesto que me permitió ver la bailoterapia desde una posición privilegiada 🤣, honestamente yo no participé pero aún así me disfruté mucho ésta actividad porque pude ver desde niñas hasta señoras de avanzada edad disfrutando del baile 💕. Desafortunadamente no gané nada en la rifa 😕, pero quizás para la próxima sí gane algo 🤣🤣, lo que sí hice fue comer tequeños 🤭🤭 y tal vez algunas frutas. Después de que toda la actividad acabó, mi papá me escribió para pasarme buscando y que lo acompañara a echar gasolina, pero tenía tanto calor que no tomé fotos 🤣.

Did you know that the 30th of September is World Heart Day? well if you didn't know here you have a new learning 🤣, as I mentioned in a previous post, a month ago I started my organizational internship in Ascardio, which for those who don't know is an important cardiology care centre in the Midwest, and obviously being an organization mainly focused on the heart for them this day is of great importance, and to celebrate it they make an event to which all their workers are invited, being an intern I was also invited and to be part of the assistants in the event, the attendance was not obligatory because being a Sunday nobody is really obliged, nevertheless I decided to attend and here I will share with you the experience 🏃🏻♀️✨.
Getting up at 5am on a Sunday is not an easy task at all, it requires a lot of willpower and coffee, but I needed to do it if I wanted to get to the Ascardio facilities at 7am, I must say that the city on such an early Sunday is quite lonely, in fact the route I walk daily today was only accompanied by a lady who was walking ahead of me, besides the public transport is little, although it was really something about the time because later on you can see a little more movement. As soon as I arrived there were already a lot of people getting ready for the start of the 10k and 4k walk, this activity was the main focus of the celebration of this day, and many people joined the activity which I found something super cute, I mean there were even puppies 💕.
My main task in this activity was to keep people hydrated through fruits, I was located in a stand in the court/parking lot of the place, which allowed me to see the dance therapy from a privileged position 🤣, honestly I didn't participate but I still enjoyed a lot this activity because I could see from little girls to old ladies enjoying the dance 💕. Unfortunately I didn't win anything in the raffle 😕, but maybe next time I will win something 🤣🤣, what I did do was to eat tequeños 🤭🤭 and maybe some fruits. After all the activity was over, my dad wrote me to come by looking for me and to go with him to get gas, but I was so hot that I didn't take pictures 🤣.

La verdad yo tampoco lo sabía, hasta ahora que estoy haciendo pasantías allá, y la verdad es que si es una actividad bastante concurrida y de mucha importancia para ellos 😌.
