Let's have fun making hot ginger tea! 🍵🌿😊
Hello everyone. ❤️
How’s everyone doing? Hope you’re all doing well! 😊
I believe many people are already familiar with the comforting drink we all know hot tea 🍵
- But for me, when it comes to hot tea... I always think of ginger tea with milk! ☕🌿
Overall, I find the flavor to be smooth, warming, and incredibly soothing — especially during the winter season ❄️
I often enjoy a cup of hot tea, and just one sip is enough to recharge my energy and bring me happiness in that very moment.
So in this post, I’d love to share my own style of hot tea recipe.
It’s a simple step-by-step method that anyone can make at home — and it’s super delicious too! Wanna try making it together? 😊
These are the ingredients I use to make mine:
Ingredients:
- 4–5 thin slices of fresh ginger (about 10 grams) 🌿
- 200 ml of water 💧
- 1 teaspoon of tea leaves (Thai tea or black tea) or 1 tea bag ☕
- 100 ml of fresh milk
- Honey or sugar to taste (recommended: 1–2 teaspoons) 🍯
Benefits of Indian Tea Powder 🍵
- Acts as a headache reliever – When consumed nest to a light temple massage, the caffeine present in Indian tea can alleviate headaches.
- Relaxing – The aromatic spices in the tea reduce stress and anxiety.
- Nourishes your skin from the inside out – Being rich in antioxidants, it helps you maintain glowing and healthy skin.
- Energizes without jitters – It energizes and invigorates but does not have the anxious buzz that coffee sometimes does
Benefits of Ginger
- Reduces Bloating – Ginger expels gas and stimulates the digestive system. If you are gassy or have indigestion, sip ginger tea or incorporate fresh ginger in food made with beans to help mitigate the gas.
- Relieves migraine – Ginger helps in reducing the migraine pain by blocking the hormones that result in inflammation. When consumed as ginger powder, it may also relieve your joint inflammation such as that occurs with osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis.
Benefits of Milk
- Milk is something many people are familiar with since childhood, as it is commonly given to children in many households. Milk provides essential nutrients such as protein, calcium, and vitamins. It also helps boost energy, promotes growth in children, and repairs worn-out tissues in adults. Drinking milk in the right amount is beneficial for the body.
Step 1: Wash the ginger thoroughly and slice it into thin pieces.
Step 2: Place the ginger into a pot for brewing the tea.
Step 3: Add the milk into the pot and simmer with the ginger over medium heat.
Step 4: Add the Indian tea powder and wait for about 1-2 minutes until the milk starts to boil, stirring
Step 5: Add sugar or honey to taste.
Step 6: Strain the tea and ginger, then it's ready to drink.
The day I made the tea was perfect for a rainy day, and it was also my day off. Just drinking the warm, fragrant tea with a hint of ginger was such a pleasant experience for me. It was a great day, and I hope it was a good day for you all as well.
I hope this post is helpful and contributes to everyone's good health! 😊
