A Hope-giving Sunrise

My joy was profound when I woke up to see the beautiful sunrise after spending my first night at Warji villlage in Bauchi State, Northen Nigeria. Warji is the headquaters of Warji Local Government Area located at 11°11′0″N and 9°45′0″E. Warji has an area of 625 km² and a dense population of about 150,000.

The visit alongside oither youth corps members was to share love to the poeple in the rural setting. Though without basic amenities, the sight of the beautiful sunrise spoke hope into my heart.

Nature speaks profoundly into my heart. What does sunrise mean to you?
