Unite of the Masquerade festival

Tradition begins at home...

Today was one of the greatest experience I have experience so far, it was a great time today, today was festival of masquerade in my school premises, is been long I have experience amazing time with masquerade. So today was the Ekpo festival in English it is called masquerade, how I was so much impressed seeing different types of masquerade in the community coming out to celebrate their tradition it was something everyone was impressed....

They started from since last week to celebrate their culture and traditions, today was the final day of their masquerade festival, the students who was in the premises attended including the villager's, their culture was something everyone could watch and celebrate, when it comes to December I'm always excited because I will be attending a lot of festival in different community, so today was the celebration of Obio akpa community masquerade, I school here that why it was easy for me to participate in the masquerade festival...

I am someone when it comes to culture I don't joke with it because I know how good to know about your culture and traditions especially when you are about to get married to lady outside your community or state...My parents train me to know my culture and traditions well...

How can you know you have learnt your culture well..

• Firstly, You need to know their behavior, how they speak, speaking of your tribe language is number one thing you need to know, a man who don't know how to speak his or her language is not a indigene of that community... Language is self have the power to put things in order, how you could greet an elderly one with your tribe language that shows how you are one of them in the community...

• Secondly, You need to know the effect on dressing, how you dress is how they will rate your religion or tribe, how you dress will describe were exactly you are from and also how you are train...
  Dressing as one of the benefits fact in tribe, the way you dress is how they will say good thought about you.. Dressing can bring good name's to your family and to your community..

Culture are awesome to experience, different tribe have their own culture to showcase to the world, this one is called the masquerade festival, masquerade are awesome to attend and to watch them dancing but somehow scary to look at, but some of them don't harm they only dance and required money from you...
