Quick and easy Sabudana snacks.

Hello namaste How are you?I hope you are all doing well. I'm doing fine too. I haven't written a blog in a long time because I've been fasting for nine days. During fasting, most people eat Sabudana Khichdi or Sabudana Vada. Sometimes, people forget to soak the Sabudana because there are Puja, path, taking care of children, husband, and family to manage during fasting. Then, I couldn't understand what to do. So, I came up with a new way to make Sabudana. Let's find out how to make it. To make it, I need the following ingredients

Ingredients✅

🌼2 large boiled potatoes
🌼1 cup Sabudana
🌼2 green chilies
🌼Coriander leaves as required
🌼Salt to taste
🌼Refined or peanut oil for frying as required

Method of preparation✅

It takes 30 minutes to prepare, and it's very easy to make.

  1. Firstly, take a pan, add Sabudana, and let it heat. When the Sabudana is hot, remove it from the pan and let it cool in a separate container.

  2. Then, grind the Sabudana.

  1. Finely chop the coriander and green chilies and peel the potatoes.

  1. Take a large bowl or a big container, put the ground Sabudana in it, then add chopped coriander, chilies, and peeled potatoes.

  1. Mix everything well, add a little water, and set it aside for 10 minutes.

  1. After 10 minutes, the Sabudana mixture will be set. Shape it into small balls.

  1. Heat oil in a pan, and fry the Sabudana tikkis on high heat until golden brown. Make sure the oil doesn't get too hot.

crispy Sabudana fritters are ready, you can enjoy them with green chutney.
