Checking my accounts, I'd have to sell all my ETFS, my TFSA and most of my PMPPP to make it work.
At $3000USD annual property Tax I'd expect at least running water.

It is pricey I'm sure that's why Grant has it on the market, taxes are outrageous down here!🙄
