Amar Ekushey Book Fair
Hello my Bengali blog family. how are you all Hope you all are doing well. Alhamdulillah I am also fine by the infinite mercy of Allah Ta'ala. I had already published two episodes about the book fair. Going to post the last episode of this series today. Another interesting incident happened that day, which I will present to you today, but let's get started.

So that day Ammu had a book launch of a well-known poet and the stage was so crowded that it was impossible to get near her. After we left that day, more than fifty books were unveiled and the Mayor of Dhaka North City was present and was being unveiled by his hands. But the interesting thing is that there was a problem between the poets. Basically, if there is an unveiling in the Dhaka Book Fair, some small fee has to be deposited there and they are given serials accordingly, after whom the book unveiling will take place. But there are these notables whose influence turns those serials upside down. Because of which many poets got angry, which is really normal thing.

In fact, the political influence of our Bangladesh can be seen everywhere and those who have a little political power abuse that power everywhere. Which is really very tainted for us. So the book cover of my mother's well-known poet was supposed to be unveiled earlier but due to political issues it was delayed. Due to which many people were lagging behind and evening was falling. At one point, those poets had a little argument with the political people and it turned into a little fight, which is really a shameful thing for all of us. For about two or three minutes, it was a very fight-like situation and things were looking pretty bad.

Due to which the opening of the book was stopped there and the books of those from whom the money was taken were not opened that day. Later we spoke to the poet and after exchanging pleasantries we left the place. On our way out of the book fair we wandered around some more stalls and tried to buy some of my favorite books. Actually, I usually don't read too many books now because of my busy schedule, but still I have bought the books.

Earlier, when I was not working, I used to roam around in book fairs, try to acquire new knowledge and get acquainted with many new covids, but this year it was no longer possible to do that. To be honest, the interest in going to the book fair has decreased a lot, many things were coming on social media and those who are not poets and viral issues were bringing out books and ruining the atmosphere of the book fair due to which I did not want to go much but still book fair is for some people. Can't be wasted so I tried to go to the book fair.

No matter how updated this world of ours is, nothing can be equivalent or like a book. When we take the book in hand and try to read the book, we can extract the knowledge inside that book better. There is also an alternative pdf of the book but the feelings cannot be filled by reading that pdf. Anyway, this is the end of today, everyone stay well, stay healthy, thank you all.
