1.) Las cosas materiales no son lo más valioso de la vida, sin embargo, hay cosas materiales que alegran nuestros días. Muéstranos algo innecesario pero que te haga feliz, puede ser un simple juguete o incluso una taza con un diseño que te encante, y cuéntanos la historia detrás de ese objeto?

Si bien es cierto, es muy común que todos, tengamos algúna objeto o material, que nos hace felices. En mí casó muy participar, desde hace más de la mitad de mi vida, he Sido gran coleccionista de identificaciones y fotos muy viejas. Ya es muy normal que el familiares y amigos cercanos, se les venda alguna cédula de identificación y me las regale, tengo de infinidades de personas, así solo sean copias de ellas pero las conservo con mucho celo y cuidado. Verlas me llena de una especie de emoción así sea de laguna familiar y apenas si le recuerdo.

Estás que les mostrare son de mis abuelas maternas y paternas, mi abuela murió cuando yo apenas tenía un año, y solo por esta identificación que su formato, es muy pero muy viejo. La obtuve melodeando entre las cosas de una tía. Y me las regalo, hace ya más de treinta años. Pero ya todos saben de qué disfruto coleccionando y me las regañan, así que tengo una gran cantidad de ellas. Así mismo disfruto ver y revisar revistas de tejidos y manualidades muy pero muy viejas. Me transportó en el tiempo imaginándome tejer algo que ya he tejido o algo que hice hace muchísimo tiempo. Aun sigo manteniendo ese entusiasmo por la colección y creo moriré en ello.

En conclusión me hace muy pero muy feliz, mirar mí colección de identificaciones o revistas, son capaces incluso de liberar mí estrés.

2.) No siempre estamos rodeados de personas que comparten nuestros mismos gustos o intereses. Cuéntanos cuál ha sido la última película, serie, documental o libro que has visto o leído de la que quieres hablar con alguien pero no has tenido la oportunidad.

Disfruto ya casi 17 años viendo las películas de Harry Potter, es gracioso pero desde hace ese tiempo, disfruto verla con mi hijo, ya de 22años. Desde muy chico descubrí lo calmaba con ellas y podíamos compartir mucho tiempo juntos. Despertó en el interés por la película y de alguna forma nos conectamos hasta la actualidad, cuando llega de viaje a casa y en algún momento de su estadía me invita a verla, nos decimos a nosotros mismos que no nos aburre o nos cansa. Siempre existe algo nuevo que descubrir en ella, mientras la vemos hacemos intercambio de ideas o algún comentario acerca de la película o simplemente algo que nos está sucediendo en la actualidad. Es un momento de disfrute para ambos.

En cuanto a leer, hace poco Leí "Inteligencia Emocional " de Daniel Goleman. Súper interesante, y mucho más aplicable para nuestra convivencia de familia y para con los demás. Po ella en práctica ha Sido de mucho valor para mí, hace tu vida más llevadera en cuanto a los demás. Entender justamente a lo que se refieren los oradores, de esta propuesta. Todos no tenemos los mismos gustos e intereses, pero debemos tratar de aceptar a los demás tal y como son.
