Our Sightseeing Visit to Popeye Village. A Little Village Full of Charm and Beautiful Views.

I will continue to share with you guys our family adventure in Malta. One of the places we visited was Popeye Village.

After visiting some historical places, ancient temples and breathtaking coastal areas. And it was nice to see something completely different named Popeye Village. The place looked like a storybook village beside the breathtaking Mediterranean sea.

As we were driving there, we were already excited to see the Popeye village in person. Going toward the Popeye village was another enjoyable part of our trip. Aside from that there are so many beautiful landscapes.

The closer we got, immediately caught our attention the little and colorful houses built along the hillside.

Finally, we arrived and Aya was jumping for Aya to see the famous village from the outside. Popoye village has a beautiful view especially with the Blue Mediterranean Sea behind it.

It stood out against the natural landscape, the colorful wooden building and the place almost like a movie set.

Popeye Village Malta is a tourist attraction and an open air museum. Tourists see Popeyes house, pub, enjoy live character appearances, meet Popeye and the gang, live animation shows, mini golf, water inflatables and more.
and other things.The colorful wooden buildings stood out against the natural landscape, making the whole place look almost like a movie set. And the news is, the Popeye movie will be set in the village.
A village built for a movie and originally built as a movie set for the musical movie last 1980, starring Robin Williams.

We were just sightseeing and enjoying the place. Of course, we couldn't resist taking photos.
We decided not to stay inside the village because it requires an additional payment. If we stay there we need to come earlier and it closes at 6 pm.

Sometimes when traveling, we don't necessarily have to enter every attraction.

For us, we can simply appreciate the place and enjoy the scenery. It was free and there were already enough of us. Before our last destination and heading home to our apartment.

Aya and Z were also curious about the place and other attractions inside. We felt sorry because we wanted them to experience it. We're thankful that they understand the situation.

The Mediterranean Sea looked so blue and peaceful. And it blended beautifully into the rocky landscape. I think it was enough for us to have a stop over and every sightseeing felt so special because we're together.

A simple moment together, just being there and already part of the beautiful scenery.

Soon when kids grow up and want to visit again Malta, for sure they will enjoy the facilities of the village

But our little sightseeing stop outside the Popeye village was already enough to give us another beautiful memory.
