From Dreams To Reality: Unforgettable Journey To The Iconic Castle Of Slovakia-Bojnice Castle.

One of the beautiful cities in Slovakia is Bojnice. It is in central Slovakia that is surrounded by a peaceful and beautiful town. Our trip to the beautiful city last July 2023 was amazing. The city was known for its most picturesque castles in Europe and the most famous in Slovakia which is the Bojnice Castle.

Before we went to Bojnice, my husband told us we will have our short trip. Even though we're not yet started our trip, I already knew that it is the most enchanting castle.

When I was a child and a fan of Disney Princesses, one of my childhood dreams was to visit a castle. Finally, it's not in a storybook or film. Like they said dreams do come true. Aya and I visited a few castles but one of our favorites is Bojnice Castle.

With its timeless beauty, Bojnice Castle is a favorite tourist spot. Added the landmarks of the city and Slovakia. Its stunning architecture is a masterpiece that showcases the beauty and rich in history.

Before entering inside the castle, the outside view was breathtaking. Rising majestically from a rocky hill. The most visited place and proudly stands in the heart of the city and its pastel-hued color was so stunning. The exterior is a masterclass in fairytale charm.

And it was time for our tour inside the castle. But before entering the castle, Aya saw a woman holding the owl. She requested to have a photo together with the cute owl. A quick snap there calling all the visitors for a glimpse inside the magnificent castle.

There's a beautiful and dark Gothic-style fountain that complements the romantic architecture of Bojnice Castle.

We also saw outside the beautiful funeral carriage. It was detailed in a dark-colored carriage. The carriage itself was overshadowed by black/dark hues with gold and silver detailing. On both sides of the carriage's section there are two sculpted figures. It looks like angels with wings in their golden color appearance. Its overall impression embodies the grandeur of a past era. The craftsmanship and historical value showcasing the exceptional artistry.

A Tour Of Bojnice Castle's Majestic Interior.

🏰 **Knight’s Hall And Spiral Stair. **

Stepping into the castle was like a fairytale. At first sight it was breathtaking, we were just starting but it was an amazing feeling living my fairytale dream.

The high vaulted ceiling was so grand, with arched windows, and soft light in. Old armors, weapons and hunting trophies are decorated on the walls.

If there's a castle, there are also knights. Knights are on the wall, it sets the timeless image of honor, power and protection. There standing there as a vigilant guard.

The first tour reminds us that the castles are rich in history.

Stepping into the luxurious world of Count apartments where elegant furnishings, artistic/elegant craftsmanship, luxurious lifestyle and vintage rooms and traditional settings are still preserved.

🏰 Hunyady Hall.

When we saw the chandelier of the hall it was the focal point and transformed into a luxurious ambiance. The Hunyady Hall beauty was elegant and for me it was a perfect hall for grand events.

It really stood out in the hall that sparked like diamonds. And also the beautiful artworks on the walls.

The beautiful hall showcasing its rich in history and architectural splendor of Bojnice. Because of its elegance and luxurious ambiance.

🏰 Golden Hall.

We were immediately stuck by the majestic ceiling, it was a masterpiece. The delicate pattern was a proof of craftsmanship. The best highlight of our interior tour of the castle. All of us, the visitors , were drawn to its breathtaking beauty and captured videos and photos of it. Wow! Aya was fascinated. I was happy watching her looking up above the ceiling. Approved by a kid and the first time I saw it it means it's perfectly beautiful.

It was covered in detailed golden carvings that looked like a 3D effect of the floral design with leaves. Every detail in the room showcases a luxurious style.

From the red velvet curtains, mirror and antique furniture gave it a touch of elegance. The elegant mirror was one thing that I liked. Which was placed above the fireplace that reflected the stunning beauty details of the hall.

For couples who want to celebrate their wedding. The Golden Hall is open to say "I Do" and celebrate their love in the majestic hall. For couple's wedding day a happy ending is like a fairytale dream and unforgettable.

🏰Baroque Chapel.

The moment we walked in and caught our attention the ceiling design was breathtaking. It was a masterpiece that covered colorful artwork and the angelic figures seemed to float effortlessly above the ceiling.

Another masterpiece inside the chapel was the Golden Altar. It's a stunning design because of another level of craftsmanship. It's not just the work art it offers, the place is also a symbol of spiritual devotion. I'm so lucky that I have a chance to approach the altar. My moment to pray and reflect, it creates a sense of peace. There are also paintings on the wall that add another perfect harmony.

If you notice the checkerboard floor it was a classic design. Overall the Baroque Chapel is a symbol of timeless beauty and devotion.

🏰 Travertine Cave beneath the castle.

Our last trip to the castle was something
unexpected. There was a beautiful Travertine Cave. Yes and it was a cave hidden under the castle. If the cave was built by the people and the cave was made by nature. As we walk down into the cave, I feel cold already and I hear the sound of the dripping water. The cave was beautiful but I did not stay longer and I feel cold already. And it was unexpected and my clothes were not appropriate. Just a few snaps and I go outside already. My husband and Aya stay inside longer.

Bojnice Castle left me speechless. From a dream to a reality, Aya and I had an unforgettable experience. We had a privilege to explore the timeless beauty of the castle. Our Bojnice Castle final farewell of its enchanted beauty, history and timeless elegance.
