Love individual dogs too when they are grown by good people. Some breeds are kind by nature. I had many cool friends among dogs in my life. But without education or selection like in the case of breeds, dogs tend to attack people.
In Thailand, no <1 million people are bitten by animals annually, and 97% of animal bite injuries are dog bites (5).
