Spring is all around us
Spring is finally getting closer.
I have even seen the first daisies (but not in these shots, I did not have my camera with me - but a few spring shots are programmed soon)
This morning, the weather was strange, some clouds and some sun.
March, as always is being double-faced.
You do not know if it will be warm or cold, you do want to go to the beach, but on the other hand, you find excuses not to get into your suimming suit, because you already know that the temperature will be ... ehmmm low

One thing is for sure
The colors around can be pretty amazing.
And this can change your whole mood
Today I had a very important introductory call, and I used the simple telephone.
I went outside and talked on the phone, while I was enjoying a warm sun, a light breeze and some nice colors around me.
Of course I could not take notes, but it was the way I wanted to do the talk

This photo above was taken in the morning from my mobile, while all others were taken with my Canon.

This is a wild flower, but I like it a lot. It fills the fields and when there are many together they look so beautiful

Here you can see some of the clouds in the morning.
They seemed so round and fluffy, I really liked them. I would like to be closer to them (maybe on a plane?)

I will close this spring post with some chamomile.
I am always very happy to see the little chamomile flowers on the ground, especially when they form a whole carpet. I hope I would drink chamomile and I could gather some of them to dry and drink them : ) Maybe when I get a bit older?
Do you gather and eat any plants from outside?
I would love to know and I will share more about this as spring evolves and I am gathering some cool things :)
Yes, our forests get now full of the leaves of allium ursinum, or wild garlic or bear leek, and we make salads, soups and pestos from it. Tasty and healthy!
Oh this is great! Hope its near enough so that you have the opportunity to gather it. I recently convinced my mother to come show me all the greens that she used to gather and cook! 😅
It grows even in our garden :)
We got tons of daisy here!
Lovely violet flowers on that field
As for gathering, I'd recommend dandelions, they are good for risotto, or early poppies plants
Dandelions for risotto? I love risotto (had it for lunch yesterday), I ll look it up as we have plenty around here!
