Macro Photography of Bugs and Butterflies. [Entry for PhotoFeed Contest]
Macro photography to me is fun.
But essentially, macro photography is. art.
The art of making something tiny that may go unnoticed, to become big. Impressive.
This can be done by getting very close to your subject, or by using a telephoto lens and zooming way in.
I discovered macro photographs back in 2020, and it is something that I plan to do more in the future.
Macro photography reveals both textures and close-up details, usually overlooked by the naked eye. I enjoy taking photos of insects, flowers, water droplets and wish to experiment more with textures in nature.

Why Macro?
It is a fun activity for me and it can also be a rewarding hobby for everyone because photographers can use those images for artistic or commercial purposes.
For me, it was also a way to fight my fear of insects. (I have not overcome it entirely, but I feel much more comfortable being near them now)
This post is an entry to the @PhotoFeed Macro Contest.
I have used an iPhone8+ for all the shots. Unfortunately I do not have other equipment at the moment.
