Lost a few pounds, well 2. My Actifit Report Card: June 19 2025

Not sure why, but today I realized that I lost a couple of kilos. Maybe it is because of the walking, perhaps because of the sadness or it is just loss of liquids and I will take them back

I don’t know

But I did smile for a little while when I saw my kilos in the morning

(Don’t ask, I will not give you a number)

It is important to keep walking, even if you are feeling that you are tired, results will come when you are consistent

Seeing my report, I see that I do have daily walks but only recently I have more than 5K steps almost on a daily basis. And this can make a small difference

Now I can set a goal, and this is to loose another 3 kilos to the end of this month

I also decided to resume my book reading and this is what I chose to take to the beach with me. It may look small but believe me, it starts in a very interesting way. It has some speeches of France about economics many many years ago. I hope to be able to review this book soon

It’s getting too hot so they are moving less and less .. especially during noon.

It's fine as long as you like it, it could be the movements, or maybe less hungry for the sadness too

My cats are also just searching fresh places to sleep, not doing much

Economic history can be surprisingly engaging, especially older French perspectives. Beach reading doesn't always have to be light fiction, you definitely picked something that'll really make you think.
