Hello very good afternoon to all cactus and succulent lovers who are part of @succulentgrowers. I introduce myself for the first time to you, my user is @karoly, in homage to my sweet princess Karoline. I like to do crafts, painting, writing, sewing, and in my free time enjoy long walks and contemplate the great wonders within nature.
I often maintain my small collection of plants in my mini-garden, because for me it is a quiet, serene place and it gives me a lot of peace.

Me presento por primera vez ante ustedes, mi usuario es @karoly, en homenaje a mi dulce princesa Karoline. Me gusta realizar manualidades, pinturas, escritura, costura, y en mis tiempos libres disfrutar de largas caminatas y contemplar las grandes maravillas dentro de la naturaleza.
A menudo suelo darle mantenimiento a mi pequeña colección de plantas en mi minijardín, pues para mi es un lugar tranquilo, sereno y me brinda mucha paz.

A few days ago, I decided to rearrange and fill with some organic soil my smaller collection, among which were different types of cactus, two of my adeniums, among others.
I had not had the opportunity to work on them for a long time, because between the various projects mentioned above, I had not made the space for such a task.
I had been collecting eggshells for some time, as I had heard from a neighbor who loved her plants, that they were very good to nourish, strengthen and improve the appearance of each one.

Hace unos dias, decidi reordenar y rellenar con un poco de tierra orgánica mi colección más pequeña, entre los que se destacaban distintos tipos de cactus, dos de mis adenium, entre otras.
Hacia mucho no habia tenido la oportunidad de trabajarlas, pues entre los diversos proyectos antes mencionadas, no habia hecho el espacio para dicha tarea.
Llevaba ya un tiempo recolectando unos cascarones de huevos, pues habia escuchado por una vecina amente de sus plantas, que eran muy buenos para nutrir, fortalecer y mejorar la apariencia de cada uno.

I started with this beautiful species of cactus, called mammillarias of thorns in hook, it is one of the most beautiful that I have, although with the time and the lack of earth it has deteriorated a little.
For its maintenance, I decided to remove the whole plant with its corresponding soil. Then little by little and with much care of not damaging the roots, I was crumbling little by little the remains of earth that I had distributed by this zone, until being clean.
He continued mixing the remaining soil with the organic soil, when the container or pot was at least half full, he transplanted the specimen and filled it on the surface. The whole absorption zone is well covered.

Comence con esta bella especie de cactus, denominadas mammillarias de espinas en gancho, es una de las mas bonitas que tengo, aunque con el tiempo y la falta tierra se me ha deteriorado un poco.
Para su mantenimiento, decidi sacar toda la planta con su tierra correspondiente. Luego poco a poco y con mucho cuidado de no dañar las raices, fui desmoronando poco a poco los restos de tierra que tenia distribuido por esta zona, hasta quedar limpia.
Continuó mezclando la tierra que le quedaba con la tierra orgánica, cuando ya este el recipiente o maceta al menos por la mitad, transplanto el espécimen y lo relleno en la superficie. Quedando toda la zona de absorción bien cubierta.

Finally, crush two eggshells and scatter them over the entire surface of the plant, right through its soil. Why this product, then, serves as a long-lasting fertilizer: once crushed, the eggshells gradually decompose in the soil, releasing essential nutrients over time. In addition to serving as a soil pH adjuster, the calcium present in eggshells can help balance soil pH, especially in acidic soils.

Por último, tritura dos cascarones de huevo y los disperso en toda la superficie de la planta, justo por su suelo. Por que este producto, pues sirve de fertilizante de Larga Duración: una vez trituradas, las cáscaras de huevo se descomponen gradualmente en el suelo, liberando nutrientes esenciales a lo largo del tiempo. A parte de servir como ajuste del pH del suelo, pues el calcio presente en las cáscaras de huevo puede contribuir a equilibrar el pH del suelo, especialmente en suelos ácidos.

This procedure was done for all the other species, because I needed to create the same effect of strengthening, durability and resistance in all my plants.

Ese procedimiento fue el realizado para todas las demas especies, pues necesitaba crear el mismo efecto de fortalecimiento, durabilidad y resistencia en todas mis plantas.
