Hello, friends! Very happy and grateful to God and life to be able to share with you again, this time I share with you a beautiful memory that takes me to my best years of youth, where dreams and goals were at the surface.
About 27 years ago when I was in the process of wanting to learn and train in a profession or trade, I had the opportunity to take a hairdressing course, which lasted two years from Monday to Friday, in this course I could learn the basics of head washing, haircut ladies and gentlemen, colorimetry, hair drying, hairstyles and others.
Many people might wonder if I was not bored to attend the course every day, for which I can tell you that it was not boring at all besides learning something new I could meet and share with other people of different ages and there was always a fun atmosphere especially on those days that did not come people who wanted to participate as a model for a cut or other service, then among ourselves we did hairstyles, dried and we laughed at the way they were, we had to do it again and again to practice.
One of the moments I remember we celebrated together was Mother's Day for those of us who were already mothers. At that time, even though being a mother was not a priority for me, there was a sharing and a musical gift with mariachis and we had a lot of fun.
At the end of the course, the teacher organized a fashion show where we had to present a hairstyle and it was the final test. Finding a model who wanted to model and attend the trade school to practice was not easy until finally a girl appeared who offered to be my model.
We started to choose the hairstyle, which, after practicing several times, we chose a high bun and put around it some red roses that matched the dress I would wear in the fashion show, which was also red. Arrived the day set for the parade, dominating the nerves, we presented our work to our guests and family, it was an exciting moment of celebration. At the end of the course, we obtained our certificate of basic hairdressing and we were given a book with all the theory and topics seen in class.
Today I practice this knowledge as a hobby by giving haircuts to my father and some family and friends who ask me for a cut or blow dry.
The best thing I got from this course apart from learning was the friendship with some of my classmates that despite the years that have passed we still remain in contact. Sharing this moment with you fills me with great emotion and satisfaction since it was my first achievement of one of my dreams and reminds me how important it is to dream, to have goals set, to fight for what we want and to keep motivated by doing everything we set out to do with love and fun, pushing us to grow and develop both personally and professionally.

¡Hola, amigos! Muy contenta y agradecida con Dios y la vida de poder compartir nuevamente con ustedes, en esta ocasión les comparto un bello recuerdo que me lleva a mis mejores años de juventud, donde los sueños y metas estaban a flor de piel.
Hace aproximadamente unos 27 años atrás cuando estaba en ese proceso de querer aprender y formarme en una profesión u oficio, tuve la oportunidad de realizar un curso de peluquería, el cual tuvo una duración de dos años de lunes a viernes, en este curso pude aprender los conocimientos básicos de lavado de cabeza, corte de cabello damas y caballeros, colorimetría, secado de cabello, peinados entre otros.
Muchas personas se podrían preguntar si no me aburría de asistir todos los días al curso, para lo que les puedo decir que no era para nada aburrido aparte de aprender algo nuevo pude conocer y compartir con otras personas de diferentes tipos de edad y siempre hubo un ambiente divertido sobre todo en esos días que no llegaban personas que quisieran participar como modelo para algún corte u otro servicio , entonces entre nosotras mismas nos hacíamos peinados, secados y nos reíamos de la forma en que quedaban, teníamos que volver hacerlo una y otra vez para practicar.
Uno de los momentos que recuerdo que celebramos juntas fue el día de las madres para aquellas compañeras que ya lo eran. En ese entonces, aún ser madre para mí no era prioridad, se realizó un compartir y un regalo musical con mariachis y nos divertimos mucho.
Al culminar el curso, la profesora organizó un desfile donde teníamos que presentar un peinado y era la prueba final. Encontrar una modelo que quisiera modelar y asistir a la escuela de oficio para practicar no fue fácil hasta que por fin apareció una chica que se ofreció para ser mi modelo.
Empezamos a elegir el peinado, el cual, después de practicar varios, se eligió un moño alto de gajos y se colocó alrededor unas rositas rojas que combinaban con el vestido que utilizaría en el desfile también de color rojo. Llegado el día fijado para el desfile, dominando los nervios, presentamos nuestro trabajo a nuestros invitados y familiares, fue un momento emocionante y de celebración. Terminado el curso, obtuvimos nuestro certificado de peluquería básica y se nos entregó un libro con toda la teoría y temas vistos en clases.
Hoy día práctico este conocimiento como hobby realizando corte de cabello a mi Padre y algunos familiares y amigos que me piden un corte o secado.
Lo mejor que obtuve de este curso a aparte del aprendizaje fue la amistad con algunas de mis compañeras que a pesar de los años transcurridos aun permanecemos en contacto. El compartir este momento con ustedes me llena de mucha emoción y satisfacción ya que fue mi primer logro uno de mis sueños y me recuerda lo importante que es soñar tener metas trazadas, luchar por lo que queremos y mantenernos motivados realizando todo lo que nos proponemos con amor y diversión impulsándonos al crecimiento y desarrollo tanto personal como al profesional.

STOPHola Carolina un gusto conocerte y saludarte; tu post me recuerda mucho a mi mamá cuando hizo sus cursos de peluquería y yo era su modelo con mi hermano cuando éramos pequeños jejeje, ciertamente en estos inicios se improvisa o se pone en práctica lo que se aprende, el resultado siempre será genial porque es parte del proceso. La chica y su peinado se veían geniales así que por ese motivo se nota que amabas lo que hacías y que aún lo hagas como hobby habla justamente de eso que en Venezuela aprendimos con los años... hay que aprender a hacer de todo...
