Yesterday, Saturday, I attended the IV International Venezuelan Specialty Coffee Meeting (EICEV 2025), which took place in Caracas, at Simón Bolívar Park in La Carlota.

I loved the entrance, which was decorated like the “Gran Hacienda Venezuela.”

“Coffee Party” Caracas is a term associated with the annual event “Caracas Quiere Café,” an important gathering for the coffee community in Venezuela, which includes tastings, barista competitions, music, and socializing around coffee.

This “Coffee Party” is the largest in the country, and I witnessed specialty coffee auctions, cocktail competitions, and an academic agenda.

I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to attend
this exhibition, enjoy a relaxed social atmosphere, and taste different varieties and methods of coffee preparation.

More than 170 exhibitors participated, including national and international coffee growers, roasters, and baristas.

I confess that for me it was an immersive experience that transported me to the birth of my country's coffee heritage, connecting me with the origin, the land, and the dedication that turns each coffee bean into a jewel.

Ayer sábado, asistí al IV Encuentro Internacional de Cafés de Especialidad Venezolano (EICEV 2025), este evento tuvo lugar en Caracas, en el Parque Simón Bolívar de La Carlota.

La entrada me encantó ambientado como la "Gran Hacienda Venezuela".

"Coffee Party" Caracas es un término asociado al evento anual "Caracas Quiere Café", un importante encuentro para la comunidad cafetalera en Venezuela, que incluye degustaciones, competencias de baristas, música y socialización en torno al café.

Esta "Coffee Party" es la más grande del país, presencié subastas de cafés de especialidad, competencias de cócteles, y una agenda académica.

Estoy muy complacida de haber tenido la oportunidad de asistir
a esta exposición, disfrutar de un ambiente social relajado, degustando diversas variedades y métodos de preparación de café.

Participaron más de 170 expositores, incluyendo caficultores, tostadores y baristas nacionales e internacionales.

Les confieso que para mí fue una experiencia inmersiva que me transportó al nacimiento de la herencia cafetera de mi país, conectándome con el origen, la tierra y la dedicación que convierte cada grano de café en una joya.
