[en][es] The city of Girona, Spain. It's a dream

Hello Hivers, passionate about photographic art, I hope you are all well. Today I bring you a couple of photographs taken during a walk through the town of Girona in Spain. I had the privilege of visiting this wonderful city for a day during my current European vacation. In addition to the historic area of the city, the buildings near a river and the classic ones in nearby areas caught my attention. It should be noted that the large number of colors generates a beautiful contrast on the edge of the river and I admire how well maintained they are from a structural and aesthetic point of view.

Hola Hivers apasionados por el arte fotográfico, espero estén todos muy bien. Hoy les traigo un par de fotografías realizadas durante una caminata por el pueblo de Girona en España. Tuve el privilegio de visitar esta maravillosa ciudad por un día durante mis actuales vacaciones por Europa. Además de la zona histórica de la ciudad, me llamó mucha la atención las edificaciones cercanas a un río y las clásicas de zonas cercanas. Cabe destacar que el gran número de colores genera un hermoso contraste en el borde del río y admiro lo bien cuidadas que se mantienen desde el punto de vista estructural y estético.

The classic buildings in the square bring me very close to my hometown (Havana, Cuba) where I can see how Spanish culture was brought almost 100% to my country during colonization a few centuries ago. Being in that square for a few minutes, I felt like I was in the old square of Havana. I took the photos with my Canon Eos Rebel T5 camera and a Canon 50 mm F: 1.8 lens. The lighting used was natural.

Las edificaciones clásicas de la plaza me acercan mucho a mi ciudad natal (La Habana, Cuba) donde se aprecia como la cultura española fue llevada casi al 100 % a mi país durante la colonización hace ya unos cuantos siglos. Al estar en esa plaza durante unos minutos, sentí que me encontraba en la plaza vieja de La Habana. Las fotos las realicé con mi cámara Canon Eos Rebel T5 y un objetivo Canon 50 mm F: 1.8. La iluminación empleada fue la natural.
