RUNNING AND THE FOCUS IN YOUR LIFE. 2 WEEK [EN-PT-BR]

Hello my friends!!! This is my second week of training.

Running, like most sports, helps with concentration, stress relief, and a sense of well-being. Particularly, I was feeling mentally exhausted, the lap of the race made me more focused and motivated.

My time continues to improve, I'm even finally starting to do some km below 5min/km, my body doesn't want to stop anymore, the energy and focus are more intense.

Sport is life, it's energy, but I'm immensely grateful to be able to run in nature.

WORKOUTS WEEK 2

I went back to training frequently on 12/19/2022. On this day, I did a light workout of 4km at a pace of 6'17'', taking care not to force the distance or speed.

Already on 01/01/23 I did 6.32 km of distance, but with a little better rhythm and breath, the pace has already decreased to 5'13''. For the first time since I returned to training, I beat Pace's 4'51'' over 1km.

On 01/03/23 I did 6.21 km of distance, with a pace of 5''04. With two km under 5 pace, at 4'51'' and 4'53''

I'm still far from the essentials, but I'm excited to get back to running, road running is something incredible, it has helped me to have more focus and discipline, in the coming weeks I intend to continue with my posts and demonstrate the evolution.

Olá meus amigos!!! Essa é a minha segunda semana de treinos.

A corrida bem como a maioria dos esportes, ajuda na concentração, alivio de estresse, bem como a sensação de bem estar. Particularmente, estava me sentindo exausto mentalmente, a volta a corrida me deixou mais focado e motivado.

Meu tempo continua a melhorar, inclusive finalmente estou começando fazer alguns km abaixo de 5min/km, meu corpo não quer parar mais, a energia e o foco estão mais intensos.

Esporte é vida, é energia, mas tenho uma imensa gratidão de poder correr em meio a natureza.

TREINOS SEMANA 2

Voltei a treinar com frequência no dia 19/12/2022 neste dia fiz um treino leve 4km com pace de 6'17'', tomando cuidado para não forçar em distancia ou velocidade.

Já dia 01/01/23 fiz 6.32 km de distancia, porém com um pouco de ritmo e folego melhores, o pace já diminuiu para 5'13''. Pela primeira vez depois que voltei a treinar batendo 4'51'' de Pace em 1km.

Dia 03/01/23 fiz 6,21 km de distancia, com um pace de 5''04. Com dois km abaixo dos 5 de pace, a 4'51'' e 4'53''

Ainda estou longe do essencial, mas estou animado a voltar a correr, a corrida de rua é algo incrível, que me ajudou a ter mais foco e disciplina, nas próximas semanas pretendo continuar com meus posts e demonstrar a evolução.

Great post!

I'm a big fan of runners and running, at all levels.

It's taken me over a year since recovering from severe covid, but consistent training has taken me to levels I couldn't dream of (even as I go from being young to middle aged!)

This is roughly after a year of training averaging about 15km a day for the entire year!

The question of how the race and the runners behave in general, are more united, focused, and excited.

I'm glad you managed to recover, during the time of the pandemic and injury I also ended up taking time off from training, but I'm coming back, the body seems to say: "don't stop moving, your mind needs this!

Your pace is great, in addition to maintaining an amount of bpm without exhaustion.

15 km is a great distance, together with muscle strengthening, your conditioning is practically that of a professional athlete, congratulations!!!!

Now that I'm starting to lower my pace from 5, it will still be a few months before I start to get back to my old pace.
