Sabado en casa: Galletas, trabajo, y algo màs!!/ Saturday at home: Cookies, work, and something else! [ESP/ENG]

Feliz Domingo amigos de Hive, los dias se pasan volando no creen? Ayer fue un sabado de quedarse en casa, estuve desde temprano en la compu probando algunos programas y preparando unas propuestas para mi emprendimiento, fue un buen dia.

Happy Sunday friends of Hive, the days fly by, don't you think? Yesterday was a Saturday to stay at home, I was at the computer early testing some programs and preparing some proposals for my venture, it was a good day.

Sentiamos que al día le faltaba algo de dulzura así que no lo pensamos dos veces y decidimos hacer unas galletas de chispitas, dejenme decirles, mi hermana es la repostera de nuestro hogar, y me ha enseñado a hacer su receta de galletas, para mi sorpresa, no se me quemaron jajajaja

We felt that the day was missing some sweetness so we didn't think twice and decided to make some sprinkle cookies, let me tell you, my sister is the pastry chef in our home, and she has taught me how to make her cookie recipe, to my surprise They didn't burn hahahaha

Comencé haciendo mi masa de galletas cok el clasico mix de: mantequilla, azucar, huevo, harina, vainilla y maizena, todo mezclado a manito mis amigos.

I started making my cookie dough with the classic mix of: butter, sugar, egg, flour, vanilla and cornstarch, all mixed by hand my friends.

Le dimos un toque colorido con unas chispas de colores blandas, son super ricas, las colocamos en la mezcla y luego refrigeramos nuestra creación por unos minutos en la nevera.

We gave it a colorful touch with some soft colored sprinkles, they are super tasty, we put them in the mixture and then we refrigerated our creation for a few minutes in the fridge.

Al pasar un tiempo fuí haciendo galleta por galleta, les diré que hacer galletas toma su tiempito pero realmente no me molesta dedicarle tiempo a preparar cosas ricas para comer, me gusta.

Listas las galletas, las colocamos en el horno, a 180° por 15 min, y esperamos mientras el dulce aroma a vainilla se esparce por todo el hogar, les digo que les encantará si hacen galletitas caseras.

The cookies are ready, we put them in the oven, at 180° for 15 min, and we wait while the sweet aroma of vanilla spreads throughout the home, I tell them that they will love it if they make homemade cookies.

Mientras esperaba a que las galletitas se enfriaran y se hornearan las otras tandas decidí que podia hacer algo más al mismo tiempo, así que pasé a mi pc para comenzar a trabajar en mis ideas para San Valentin que está practicamente a la vuelta de la esquina cuando se trata de regalos.

While I was waiting for the cookies to cool and the other batches to bake I decided that I could do something else at the same time, so I went to my pc to start working on my ideas for Valentine's Day which is practically around the corner when it's about gifts.

Les diré algo, otra cosa que me encanta es trabajar haciendo detalles para otras personas, es lindo poder ayudar a llenar las calles de amor, me siento afortunada.

Al terminar la tarde y llegar la noche, luego de un hermoso dia de galletas y trabajo, todos disfrutamos del día, y para cerrar con broche de oro continuamos viendo un drama llamado: aterrizaje de emergencia a tu corazón, un drama coreano que hemos visto unas 10 veces ya jajaja.

At the end of the afternoon and the night arrived, after a beautiful day of cookies and work, we all enjoyed the day, and to close with a flourish we continued to watch a drama called: emergency landing to your heart, a Korean drama that we have seen about 10 times already hahaha.
