POBphotocontest New Round: Clouds My Entry

Hello everybody,

Last Friday, we went to Carcar City Hall. I paid our tax declaration of real property for 3 yrs. I hav'nt paid the year 2022, 2023 and 2024 for our two lots the 126 sq m and the 306 sq m. It was not a busy day plus I went there after lunch. Grateful much the City Hall is spacious and airy, no other payer and the transaction was fast. At the Assessor's office the incharge suggest to me to pay for 2025 need on December so I can avail the 20% discount on early payments.

After I paid, when I was almost the stairs going down I saw this different shape of clouds, it's like a hairy dog. Look!

And, when I was at the grounds at the garden the clouds still there but a little different shape. How fast the wind blew to change it's shape.

Did you noticed the change, whoa in just how many seconds?
