Hot Off The Hook: Red Tulip Earrings

Hello everybody,

I want to post always here in our needlework community but my pending projects were all time consuming crochet projects like curtains and my wearable tops plus my time is occupied by house chores, travelling and caregiving to hubby, thus I can't finished all at once. Hence, I start making quick and easy projects like earrings I can use while singing my favorite songs with video same time. This morning, done with the red tulip earrings.

Yesterday, while I was cleaning my stash I saw this 4ply cotton, I really forgot I have this yarn. So, bright idea came right away to make a tulip earring which was one of my long time wanting to make it.

No time wasted after lunch I started crocheting the tulip flower with 6 single crochet in magic circle, pulled the center to form the circle then increasing with just two rounds and one single crochet all the way to round ten.

It was time to prepare dinner so my crocheting session was stopped. I continued just this morning. I stuffed my work with cotton.

Then, sewed it and formed the flower including earring hooks.

I was grateful my 2nd daughter gave me much earring hooks, gold and silver.

While I was searching where I kept my sewing needles, I saw this leaf earring I made hmm I think that was last year.

So, I wear it right away and of course took a selfie!

I love your crotchet art 💖💖💕🌹❤💃.
House chores can never be exhausted, they keep coming but you have to find time to rest and relax your mind doing crocheting... The red earring looked like scotch bonnet that Red ball pepper, but I can gladly wear it anywhere. They are beautiful.
