Some photos of El Carabobeño

What's up, friends? Today I want to share with you some photos I took at the headquarters of the newspaper El Carabobeño, located in Naguanagua, Carabobo.

Last September 1st, this newspaper celebrated its 90th anniversary reporting the most relevant events to the inhabitants of the state. Currently, the main means of propagation they use is their website.

As you can see in the photographs, upon entering we find a fountain, on whose peripheral walls stand out two pictorial works by the plastic artist Braulio Salazar, created together with the ceramist Ricardo Ceruzzi.

Inside the building, some of the printing presses that were used in the past can be seen as museum pieces. In a future publication, I will show them to you, because at the moment of editing the photos, I noticed that some of them did not turn out well, so I must go back to take others.

One of the things I liked the most about this place, are these two works that I show you because they transmit peace and calm. Or at least, that's what I felt while I was there.

I confess that this is the second time I visit the venue, even though it is relatively close to my residence. I had never felt the need to do so, but that afternoon, after going for a walk to clear my mind, I decided to go in and take some pictures. I hope you like them.

¿Qué hay, amigos? Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes unas fotos que tomé en la sede del periódico El Carabobeño, ubicada en Naguanagua, Carabobo.

El pasado 1 de septiembre, este periódico cumplió 90 años informando de los sucesos más relevantes a los habitantes del estado. Actualmente, el principal medio de propagación que utilizan es su sitio web.

Como pueden apreciar en las fotografías, al entrar nos encontramos con una fuente, en cuyas paredes de la periferia resaltan dos obras pictóricas del artista plástico Braulio Salazar, realizadas junto al ceramista Ricardo Ceruzzi.

Dentro del edificio pueden observarse, como obras de un museo, algunas de las máquinas de imprenta que se utilizaban en otra época. En una próxima publicación, se las mostraré, pues al momento de editar las fotos noté que algunas no salieron bien, por lo que debo regresar para tomar otras.

Una de las cosas que más me gustaron de este lugar, son esas dos obras que les muestro porque transmiten paz y calma. O al menos, eso fue lo que sentí mientras estaba allí.

Confieso que es la segunda vez que visito la sede, a pesar de que está relativamente cerca de mi residencia. Nunca había sentido la necesidad de hacerlo, pero esa tarde, luego de salir a caminar para despejar la mente, decidí entrar y sacar algunas fotografías. Espero hayan sido de su agrado.
