Father and Son Bond

On Tuesday, our little family went to the city, we pulled over for lunch at RV Heights Cafe. It was our first time but these photos are not about the cafe, I will create a separate blog for that. Instead, this is about Matti together with his father.
It’s just heart warming to see how they bond now that Matti is bigger. He is able to communicate better and is also very close to his father.
He would look for me whenever he wakes up every single morning but he would always visit his father at his office at random times of the day and I would like to assume that he misses his dad that often.
As for these series of photos, I was just there trying to capture these sweet moments. My husband carrying Matti to get into the swing, as well as into the seesaw.
I can see the happiness in Matti’s eyes as they played. Matti is now two years old but his father would always carry him. I wonder if he can still carry Matti when he turns seven or eight. I know he is just savoring these moments because they don’t last long. Eight years is definitely going to flash like a lightning and soon, we’ll not be able to hug her as much as we do right now.
So, sometimes, when our neighbors and even relatives would tell us, don’t carry Matti always, he’ll get spoiled, well, I think it’s the other way around. I think that with carrying him, we are keeping our bond intact, creating a strong bond that he will remember that mama and papa love him and are always there for him when he needed us, as long as we are alive.
Thank you for reading!
