Me and white clouds

I took some pictures today while walking along the village path. Some very simple scenes, but they are so calming.

The first two pictures show white clouds floating in the bright blue sky. Even though the electric poles and wires are in the foreground of the picture, the open form of the sky is visible. The afternoon light was spread all around, so the sky looked even brighter in the pictures.

The next few pictures show scenes taken standing by the river. The surrounding trees and the sky are reflected in the calm water. Even though the waves are playing in the light wind from time to time, the calm nature of the village is captured in the river water. Some houses, some trees, and sometimes just the open sky—all are reflected in the water.

Towards the end, a few pictures show the village field. Green rice fields spread far and wide, with rafts of light clouds floating above them. Sometimes the clouds are thick, sometimes thin, showing gaps in the blue sky. The whole atmosphere was calm, just like a normal village day.

These pictures are not a staged or special scene. The village sky, river, and green fields are the same as every day. But when you see them on the way, you want to walk a little slower.
