Malunggay (Moringa Oleifera)
Have you ever seen a Moringa Oleifera or horseradish before? If not, I will show you how it looks like.
As I walk outside, particularly in our backyard to witness the beautiful morning sight. I though of taking pictures of the things that I can see in our backyard.
I get back inside the house and pick up my phone to take some photos.
I saw a malunggay tree and I took photos of it's leaves.
And this is how it looks like.
Little information about Malunggay (Moringa Oleifera)
A widely grown plant in the Philippines, ma·lung·gáy is a plant with the scientific name Moringa oleifera. It is simply called “moringa” by English speakers.
Sometimes, it is also referred to by English Speakers to "Horseradish".
Moringa Oleifera is a nutritiious green leafy vegetable. And we used to cook Moringa Oleifera when we want to eat nutritious food like a green leafy vegetable.
