Slicing the Ripe Mango with Little Salt

Recently , my wife and I went to the market to buy kilos of fish for our dinner . I saw the ripe mangos there and I bought 2 pieces. I know the type of mango which is sweet by looking only the skin . If the skin of mango is dark yellow , that is the indication that it is sweet .

I sliced the mango into several parts and put little amount of salt of its surface . It is very nice and juicy . Mango is a good appetizer.
