Mi rutina diaria (esp/eng)

Este año me propuse llevar una vida con mas ejercicio por lo que mi rutina actual es hacer ciclismo e ir al gimnasio, estas fotos son de hoy ya que estoy completando un reto de pasos también.

Que pena haberme esterado de este reto cuando ya pasaron un par de días, pero aquí estoy uniéndome aunque ya sea algo tarde.

This year I resolved to lead a more active lifestyle, so my current routine is cycling and going to the gym. These photos are from today, as I'm also completing a step challenge.

It's a shame I only found out about this challenge a couple of days ago, but here I am, joining in, even though it's a bit late.
