A walk through UIO 👣

Una de las cosas que más disfruto de esta ciudad desde mi llegada, es esa cantidad absurda de detalles que la componen. Durante el confinamiento por el Covid, de las cosas que más extrañe fue recorrer las calles de Quito, y por eso cada vez que puedo hacerlo, intento fijarme en todos los detalles que a veces pasan desapercibidos ante el poco tiempo libre que nos dan nuestras ocupaciones diarias.

Quito está hecho de pequeñas dosis de Arte, donde a diferencia de mi Caracas Natal, en Quito los murales son bastante comunes aunque duran poco y se renuevan con el tiempo, e incluso una vaya publicitaria te mostrara una imagen para aun cuando no esté en uso, permita darle otra cara a la ciudad. Quito es una ciudad pequeña donde parece que nunca dejaras de descubrir cosas.

One of the things I most enjoyed about this city since my arrival, is the absurd amount of details that compose it. During the confinement for the Covid, one of the things I really missed was to walk the streets of Quito, and that's why every time I can do it, I try to notice all the details that sometimes go unnoticed in the few free time that our daily occupations give us.

Quito is made of small doses of Art, where unlike my native Caracas, in Quito murals are quite common although they are short-lived and are renewed over time, and even a billboard will show you an image for even when it is not in use, it allows you to give another face to the city. Quito is a small city where it seems that you will never stop discovering things.
