Te contare lo que aprendí en el taller que tuvo un dia de duracion tipo full day en Galipan - Venezuela. El encargado era el profe Julio te dejo sus redes para que veas su trabajo!:

El Flair consiste en realizar maniobras o malabares con las herramientas de trabajo (coctelera, botellas, etc) ofrecer un espectáculo mientras preparas el coctel, existen un sin fin de modalidades pero lo que practicamos en este taller fueron varias formas de trasladar la botella todo muy básico pero bastante entretenido la verdad, me encanto. Me parece que es un arte y el hecho de que ofrezcan este una función de este tipo aumenta la posibilidad de que las personas en ese lugar deseen volver a consumir y frecuentarlo, yo diría que es atención y di versión garantizada.

The Flair consists of performing maneuvers or juggling with the work tools (shakers, bottles, etc.) offering a show while you prepare the cocktail, there are endless modalities but what we practiced in this workshop were various ways of moving the bottle, all very Basic but quite entertaining the truth, I loved it. It seems to me that it is an art and the fact that they offer this type of function increases the possibility that people in that place will want to consume again and frequent it, I would say that it is guaranteed attention and fun.
