Quimera (ESP_ENG)

It all started with the recommendation of a friend, to whom I told about an idea I was working on. She showed me a photo, and I liked her physical characteristics and the energy she transmitted. It didn't take me long to contact her, and we began to further develop the idea, but the meeting took almost a year to materialize because in one way or another we did not coincide in time and space. Until one day we coordinated, and these spectacular photos were born, which are some of my favorites.

It was a nice experience working with Mariam Rodríguez, at 18 years old she is very professional, we didn't have to take many shots, every photo she took was ready to process. We had such a connection that one of the words that marked this session was MAGIC, we both communicated without practically sharing words and that's how each of the photos came out.

I believe that photography is a language that is written with lights and shadows, each one doing it in the best possible way. I have always been passionate about female beauty, that has led me to professionally introduce myself to portraiture, specifically with women. With these photos and through Mariam's face and energy, I wanted to express the strength, freshness, mystery, and temple that it means to be a woman.

I hope you like the photos, they will be the ones who speak for me what I cannot express with my words, I trust them.
