En mi publicación de hoy voy a narrar sobre el Centro de Negocios de Miramar.
La semana pasada estuve en este sitio de visita. Espero que como yo puedan admirar lo imponente de sus edificaciones.

This place is located in one of the most popular districts of Havana, in a tourist and residential area, surrounded by beautiful hotel facilities and very close to the north coast of Havana's coastline.

I was delighted to visit the place again, and I say again because it is a place of which I have very good memories, I will tell you later which ones...

These buildings are between two very well known and busy streets which are the 5th and 3rd avenues of the Municipality of Playa.
The whole Center is made up of a group of six buildings, created with the purpose of housing different companies, both state and foreign.

Este lugar se encuentra en uno de los repartos más populares de la Habana, en una zona turística y residencial, rodeado de bellas instalaciones hoteleras y bien cerca de la costa norte del litoral habanero.

Me encantó volver a visitar el lugar, y digo volver porque es un sitio del que guardo muy buenos recuerdos, más adelante contaré cuales...

Estas edificaciones se encuentran entre dos calles muy conocidas y transitadas y son las avenidas 5ta y 3ra del Municipio Playa.
Todo el Centro está conformado por un conjunto de seis edificios, creados con el fin de albergar a diferentes empresas tanto estatales como extranjeras.

The offices start from the second floor, since on the first floor of all the buildings there are different businesses, stores, commerce, stores, cafeterias and tourism and reservation agencies. It also has an international bank.

The Trade Center was completed in 2006. Monte Barreto S.A. was the real estate company responsible for its design and construction.

These buildings are built in a modern style.

Seen from the outside, the facade of all the buildings is made up of large windows, which allows you to enjoy a panoramic view inside all the offices. The main views are towards the gardens, the avenues, even from some you can see the sea, it all depends on the location of each one, and the building where they are located. All of them have large spaces and excellent lighting.

Las oficinas empiezan a partir de la primera planta ya que en la planta baja de todos los edificios se encuentran diferentes negocios, comercios, tiendas, cafeterías y Agencias de Turismo y reservación. También cuenta con un banco internacional.

La inmobiliaria responsable de su diseño y construcción fue Monte Barreto S.A

Estas edificaciones están construidas con un estilo moderno.

Visto desde fuera, la fachada de todos los edificios está formada por grandes ventanales, lo que permite disfrutar de una vista panorámica en el interior de todas sus oficinas. Las principales vistas son hacia los jardines, las avenidas principales, incluso desde algunas se puede ver el mar, todo depende de la ubicación de cada una, y de la edificación donde se encuentren. Todas cuentan con grandes espacios, y una iluminación excelente.

The lobby of each building has a unique decoration. All of them have nature in common, we can always find a variety of plants and ornamental flowers which give the place a special beauty and warmth.

These photos I show are from inside the Santiago Building, where my husband currently works (by the way, each building is named after a city).
On one of its side walls there is a collection of paintings by the well-known Cuban painter Roberto Fabelo, so in addition to the architectural beauty, we can admire the best of our Cuban culture.

El lobby de cada edificio tiene una decoración única. Todos tienen en común la naturaleza, siempre podemos encontrar variedad de plantas y flores ornamentales lo que le ofrecen al lugar una belleza y calidez especial.

Estas fotos que muestro son del interior del Edificio Santiago, en donde trabaja actualmente mi esposo (por cierto, cada edificio lleva el nombre de una ciudad).
En una de sus paredes laterales se observa un conjunto de pinturas del conocido pintor cubano Roberto Fabelo, por lo que además de la belleza arquitectónica, podemos admirar lo mejor de nuestra cultura cubana.

About thirteen years ago I had the opportunity to work in this center, my company had several offices rented in one of its buildings, the Building Habana. And I remember the place with great affection, as it reminds me of my co-workers, who became very good friends. I have not seen many of them since that time, and I have distanced myself from others for various reasons, but I have very fond memories of all of them. We were a young and very united group. Where solidarity, the desire to learn, and enthusiasm prevailed.

So this is a special place for me, and walking again among its buildings, its gardens, and perceiving its energy made me feel a little nostalgic. Don't they say that to remember is to live again? Well, it is true...❤️

Hace alrededor de trece años tuve la oportunidad de trabajar en este centro, mi empresa tenía varias oficinas alquiladas en uno de sus edificios, el Edificio Habana. Y recuerdo el lugar con mucho cariño, ya que me recuerda a mis compañeros de trabajo, los cuales se convirtieron en muy buenos amigos. A muchos de ellos no los he visto desde aquella época, de otros me he distanciado un poco por distintas razones, pero de todos guardo muy gratos recuerdos. Éramos un colectivo joven y muy unido. Donde primaba la solidaridad, los deseos de aprender, y el entusiasmo.

Por lo que este es un lugar especial para mí, y volver a caminar entre sus edificios, sus jardines, y percibir su energía me hizo sentir un poco nostálgica. ¿No dicen que recordar es volver a vivir? Pues es cierto...❤️

Another site of great beauty of this center are the park and its gardens.

Between each building there is a wide space, which borders each one and in its center has a rectangular area in which there are planted different species of plants, from ornamental plants planted in small pots, such as arecas, ferns, malanguita vines (as they are known in Cuba) to the most imposing and elegant of all, which is a symbol of cubania "La palma real" our national tree.🌴

There are also large circular flower beds with different species of plants, where people sit to rest and enjoy the pleasant shade and freshness of the place.

Otro sitio de gran belleza con que cuenta este centro es su parque y sus jardines.

Entre cada edificio hay un espacio bastante amplio, el cual bordea a cada uno y en su centro tiene un área rectangular en la cual hay sembradas diferentes especies de plantas, desde ornamentales sembradas en pequeñas macetas, como son arecas, helechos, enredaderas de malanguita (como se conocen en Cuba) hasta la más imponente y elegante de todas, la cual es símbolo de cubania "La palma real" nuestro árbol nacional.🌴

También hay grandes canteros circulares con diferentes especies de plantas, en los cuales las personas se sientan a descansar y disfrutar de la agradable sombra y frescura del lugar.

Finally, one of the best attractions of this park is the African Elephants! 🐘🐘

A set of twelve sculptures of elephants in metal, which are the main attraction of the place, since all visitors take pictures with them as a souvenir, and even the smallest ones sit on their loins (of course on those of the smallest elephant of the herd). These elephants are formed like a real herd, they go in line one behind the other. And as a guide of the herd, the largest elephants, which are always the oldest and wisest.

These figures are the work of Cuban sculptor José Emilio Fuentes Fonseca. And as a curiosity, the metal pieces with which they are made were inflated with pressurized air.

Para culminar, una de las mejores atracciones de este parque es su manada de ¡¡Elefantes Africanos!! 🐘🐘

Un conjunto de doce esculturas de elefantes en metal, que son la atracción principal del lugar, ya que todos los visitantes como recuerdo se toman fotos junto ellos, y hasta los más pequeños se sientan en sus lomos (claro en los del elefantico más pequeño de la manada). Estos elefantes están formados como una manada real, van en fila uno detrás del otro. Y como guía de la manada, los elefantes de mayor tamaño, que siempre son los más antiguos y sabios.

Estas figuras son obra del escultor cubano José Emilio Fuentes Fonseca. Y como curiosidad, las piezas de metal con las que están conformados, fueron infladas con aire a presión.

Everything in this site fills all of us Havana residents with pride. It is a place to visit in company of family and friends and enjoy a pleasant and different time in the center of the city.

Todo en este sitio nos llena de orgullo a todos los habaneros. Es un lugar para visitar en compañía de la familia y amigos y disfrutar de un rato agradable y diferente en el centro de la ciudad.
