visiting the calzoon family store

(Edited)

Today enjoying a delicious açaí in a small family-owned food store, where the specialty is a dish called Calzoon, they are stuffed wheat dough pastries, with meat, ham, cheeses, and even sweets. On this occasion I only ordered a shake called milkchake, very delicious and also had a serial that differentiated and made the texture of the drink different, the other drink is açaí, a typical drink from here in Brazil, it is a fruit with which They prepare ice creams and accompany them with chocolate chips, and also fruits such as bananas or strawberries, it is definitely a very special and delicious preparation, this store is located in the center of Joinville, SC Brazil.

Of course, since this is a city where spectacular flowers and gardens abound, I also accompany this post with three flowers of the same species, but in different shades of color that adorn the surroundings of this site ❤️

I have never tried one of these, the truth is that from the photos you share with us they catch my attention, in Venezuela I think there is no establishment where you can get them, but I think I will start looking for them, you never know, in recent months they have been opening businesses with gastronomic proposals from other countries.

So is 3 USD cheap or expensive in Brazil?

3USD would be about 5AUD

Rules of the Road to Join #MarketFriday!

  1. Go to the market, or anywhere that you pay money for a service.
    Take pictures! Be creative!

  3. Post the pictures. Of course, you should tell a little bit about the ones you post, it is too difficult to guess on some
  4. Use the MarketFriday Community Platform to post (#hive-196308) This is not required but appreciated.
PLEASE Drop the link into the MarketFriday comment section so I can find it!!
  5. Following me and reblogging the post would be appreciated, but not a rule, more vision for more views on the #MarketFriday posts!
  6. You must put #MarketFriday by @dswigle somewhere on your post.

That looks delicious! What are those candies on top? Are they the chocolate chips?? Hello! Hello! Market Friday is running so late this week. I apologize for the delay in answering and I hope you know how much I appreciate the great participation.

I try to let people know how much I appreciate their participation in #MarketFriday! Even though I get many on a weekly basis, each one is read and enjoyed. I enjoy learning about the world and how it is to live in your corner of it, and if there are solutions to making it better in any way. I find it interesting to compare, not by the world's standards, but, by how we find the quality of our life with different indicators than the world does. It is not always about the wealth in money, sometimes money means very little when there is no value behind it. You cannot buy health although you can take care of what you have. Being educated isn't always about schooling, but acquiring knowledge and using it for the better good and happiness of the society you are living in. It is with great pleasure that I read through this and all of the posts, with these thoughts in mind.

Don't miss the small things in your life, they usually make no noise but can be indicators of bigger things. I enjoy learning more about you and hope you feel the same, that is why I find it important to take the time to read a couple of #MarketFriday posts and leave a genuine comment. It is important for a community to do this, learning about others, and getting to know each other. The fun is in getting to know people and making a positive contribution to community life. All this fun and money too. What is not to love? That is one of the reasons I joined Hive. How about you? :) I leave you with the guidelines. I hope you are having an amazing week!

Fridays are all about the #MarketFriday Challenge! Looking to take part in it? Here is how:

Rules of the Road to Join #MarketFriday!

  1. Go to the market, or anywhere that you pay money for a service. It can be a movie, an auction, or even a museum. Wherever money is exchanged for a service or product.
    Take pictures! Be creative!
  2. Tell us a little bit about the market or the event. What brought you there? What did you buy? How much did it cost? Was it expensive? Did it go up or down? A scroll of pictures with few words doesn't usually work.
  3. Post the pictures. Of course, you should tell a little bit about the ones you post, it is too difficult to guess about some.
  4. Use the MarketFriday Community Platform to post (#hive-196308) This is not required but appreciated.
