HELLO HIVE

There are wide ranges of vegetative plants that is cultivated in West Africa,some are cultivated for food and others are used for herbal drugs and concussions. It is a green soup that is used commonly amongst the Yoruba tribe in Nigeria,I don't know if any other tribe uses this leaf for food because I only got to know that this leaf was actually used for soup when I began to mix up well with the Yoruba tribe after a change in environment.

I have only tried it once and I have to compliment them on how much effort they put into making this green soup,just like spinach this vegetable is grown by local farmers and not imported from any part of the world just looking at the leaf when it is fresh in the farm makes someone crave to have it,most of this vegetable leaves in my place come with a lot of history and you cannot even give an actual history on this vegetable soup.

Medically it has a lot of benefits in the human body , it's low calorie level makes it good for weight loss ,it fights off stress and heart disease,it strengthens the human immune system. it also has a major effect in pregnant women and infants also .

It is currently being cultivated during this period using irrigation farming and so far it is thriving well with the environment.
