Lawrence | New Zealand
I am beginning to familiarize myself with the geography of New Zealand, especially the South Island, where I reside and work.
So, my travels have been mainly based on the South Island while I reside in Christchurch.
Lawrence is located in the South of South Island, about an hour 20 minutes from Alexandra.
Just like other small towns I have seen, Lawrence is another one of them with its own beauty.
It was just a drive-through, but I stopped for photos.

When you see something spectacular like this it is well worth enjoying as you may never see it again for quite some time.
I saw an even more spectacular one last week in Reefton, I will share photos some time. On a cloudy and cold day, the views from the top can be "wow"
So captivating the place looks. Are the clouds paralled to roads. This should be an adventurous ride I believe.

Yes the road is parallel to the clouds and I was there on a sunny day, I could see the houses below and with the clouds you can't see anything below. It is simply amazing.

Yes I was very high up the hills, so I was at a high altitude with the clouds.

Lol no, not everywhere, I have not seen one yet. I have done a few hikes in the forest and haven't come across any wild animal. New Zealand is not known for wild animals. The one thing am most happy about is that there is not a single snake in the country.
